Email Personas fix this by letting each workflow send email from its own branded address while keeping all communication organized in one place. Customers receive messages from the team they expect. How it works
Your team sets up one shared inbox—such as augie@yourcompany.com—that becomes the hub for all Augie-managed communication. Email Personas are added on top of this inbox, giving each workflow its own sender identity like tnt@yourcompany.com or pod@yourcompany.com. When Augie sends a message, it chooses the appropriate persona so the email appears to come from the right team.
Even with multiple sender addresses, all replies come back to the single central inbox. This keeps everything organized and ensures nothing is missed.
To enable Personas, each sender address simply needs to belong to the same domain as the main inbox, and messages sent to those addresses need to route back into that central inbox. Once those pieces are in place, your team can create personas, choose display names, set up signatures, and decide which workflows should use which identity.
