How it works

When a carrier calls in, the system automatically checks their phone number against Highway in real time:

• If the carrier meets your organization’s approval criteria, the system moves directly into the conversation—no validation questions required.

• If the carrier does not meet your criteria, the call is automatically ended to protect your operation.

• If the carrier cannot be identified, the system falls back to requesting their MC number.

Operation teams can also tailor their validation logic based on the information Highway provides, allowing them to define their own criteria for which carriers should be cleared or blocked.
