Straight-line distance and car-routing estimates don't reflect how a truck actually moves. Augie can now calculate real trucking miles and drive time between locations, from addresses or coordinates, and use that to produce a truck ETA for a load. When a tracking ping comes in, Augie can recalculate the ETA to the next stop instead of relying on the number from dispatch.

• ETAs are grounded in truck routing, not straight-line math or a driver's guess, so what your team tells customers holds up.

• Every tracking update can trigger a fresh ETA to the next stop, so late loads get flagged from the data rather than from a phone call.

• It works from whatever location data you have — addresses, lat/long, or a ping — so it drops into existing workflows without new inputs.

How It Works:

• The new tool is available to Augie's planner in Track & Trace and custom workflows.

• Given an origin and destination, it returns road miles, drive time, and a truck ETA for the load.

• Your SOP tells Augie when to use it — for example, recalculating ETA after each check call or location ping.
