Overview: A location request doesn't always come back with a location. Often it comes back with a link — a Samsara or similar ELD share page the carrier drops in a reply. Until now that link was a rep's problem: open it, read the map, key the update into the TMS. Augie now does that end to end. It opens the link, reads the truck's position off the page, and writes the transit update back to the TMS inside the same check-in cadence the SOP already defines.

Why It Matters:

• A reply that used to require a human click now closes the check-in automatically

• Tracking coverage improves without adding outreach volume on carriers

• Share links stay live, so the same link keeps returning a fresh position on later check-ins

How It Works:

• Augie detects a supported ELD share link in the carrier's reply

• It opens the page, reads the current position, and posts a transit update to the TMS

• If the link is dead or the position isn't usable, Augie falls back to the standard outreach requirements
