Messaging Terms & Privacy Policy
These terms govern the Arrive Logistics SMS and RCS messaging program, operated on behalf of Arrive Logistics by Augment.

Messaging Terms
Program
This SMS and RCS messaging program (the "Program") is operated by Augment Technologies ("Augment," "we," "us"). Through the Program, we send text messages on behalf of Arrive Logistics, LLC ("Arrive") to participating carriers, drivers, shippers, and other business contacts, including load offers, shipment and tracking updates, appointment and pickup/delivery confirmations, rate confirmations, and related operational communications.
Messages are delivered via Rich Communication Services (RCS) where supported and fall back to standard SMS where RCS is not available. A single opt-in covers both delivery methods.
Opt-In
You enroll in the Program by submitting the opt-in form on this site. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive recurring automated messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or carrier relationship.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and load volume.
Cost
There is no charge from Arrive or Augment for participating in the Program. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Please contact your mobile provider for details.
Opt-Out & Help
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further Program messages.

Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability
Neither Augment nor Arrive is liable for delays or failures in message delivery. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Augment and Arrive collect, use, and share information in connection with the Program.
Information We Collect
In connection with the Program, we collect:
Contact information you provide when opting in, including name, mobile phone number, email, and company.
Consent records, including the date, time, source, and method of your opt-in, retained as proof of consent.
Message content and metadata, including messages sent and received, delivery status, and timestamps.
How We Use Information
Operate and deliver the Program, including sending the messages you have requested.
Route messages between RCS and SMS based on device and carrier capability.
Maintain records of opt-ins and opt-outs as required by applicable law and carrier rules.
Respond to your replies, including HELP and STOP.
Monitor and improve the reliability and security of the Program.
Information Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us deliver the Program (including downstream telecommunications providers and wireless carriers), and as required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. All categories of information above exclude text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
