This is already being used by freight brokerages doing over $2B in Freight Under Management. Previously these customers workflows will initiate a single round of contact per load. This required the customer engineering teams to execute external workflow triggers to reengage. With this change; folks can sit back and only worry about the exceptions or escalations raised by Augie.
With this feature; Augie makes appropriate contact decisions; calling or texting and scheduling followups as needed. This change dramatically improves visibility and helps eliminate gaps in the driver communication.
