Overview
Keeping SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) accurate and effective has always been a top priority. Now, with SOP Unit Testing, teams can validate and refine updates faster and with greater confidence. This feature introduces a structured, collaborative way to test and improve workflows — bringing feedback, validation, and iteration together in one place.
Why It Matters
With SOP Unit Testing, teams can see how updates will perform before publishing them, using a new “preview mode” that simulates real-world interactions like calls, emails, and texts. This makes it easy to turn real examples into actionable tests, helping teams fine-tune behavior and ensure consistency across every workflow. The result is a tighter feedback loop between humans and AI — faster iteration, higher reliability, and smoother operations for both teams and customers.
How It Works
Give feedback on Augie’s actions — like or dislike them. (Augie can also generate examples automatically.)
Turn any of these examples into a unit test to capture the expected behavior.
Access your unit tests in the “Unit Tests” tab within the SOP editor — view, organize, and run all related tests.
Run the tests on your updated SOP to see if it behaves as expected.
Review the results, make edits, and re-test until everything passes.
Deploy once all tests are green.
