What is AI BOL Extraction software?

How fast does Augie build a BOL?

Under three minutes for a complete tender, and it runs the minute the tender lands rather than the next time someone opens the inbox. Manual entry runs one to five minutes per load before any rework — the gap widens on overnight and weekend volume, when nobody is at the desk.

What can Augie read a BOL from?

Email, EDI, and customer portals, including attached PDFs and spreadsheets. It doesn't require the customer to change how they send freight or adopt a portal on your side — Augie works the channels your customers already use.

What happens when a BOL is missing information?

Augie asks. It replies to the sender with the specific gap — a missing appointment window, an unclear accessorial, an incomplete reference — rather than building an incomplete load or guessing. When the answer comes back, it finishes the build. When it doesn't, the tender routes to a person with the thread attached.
