No more chasing your inbound freight
Augie is the AI teammate that tracks purchased capacity, reaches carriers when tracking goes dark, and posts updates to your system of record.
Cover your inbound capacity without the busywork
Augie chases your inbound freight for location and status updates
From the moment your purchased capacity leaves its origin to the moment it hits your dock, Augie runs the tracking your coordinators run by hand.
LINEHAUL LIFECYCLE
Track every move, delivery to dispatch
Check telematics before calling
Augie tracks dispatch, origin departure, in-transit position, and arrival at the destination terminal on every configured move.
Update every relay leg at once
One partner response applies across all the legs and terminals it covers, so relays don't need separate check-ins.
Write arrivals into your TMS
Every stop, dwell window, and status change lands in your system of record with no re-keying from a call.
SIGNALS
Outreach triggers when signals go dark
Check telematics before anyone calls
Augie reads the partner carrier's available digital tracking and stops there when the position is already current.
Reach the driver or the dispatcher
Phone, SMS, and email outreach runs on your cadence until someone who knows where the trailer is answers.
Spare your partners the spam
Fresh visibility suppresses outreach, so partner carriers hear from you when there's a real gap, not on a timer.
Covers the moves telematics can't see
Your ELD investment sees your trucks. The capacity you purchase runs on someone else's.
Covers moves run by partner fleets and owner-operators
Reaches the driver when there's no digital signal
Applies one response across every relay leg
Writes structured updates to your system of record
Escalates at-risk moves to a named coordinator
Holds coverage overnight and through weekends
Runs without adding headcount as volume grows

What is AI track and trace software?

Track and trace software monitors a load's status from pickup to delivery. Augie does it by calling drivers, reading telematics and portal updates, and writing each milestone into your TMS — so the record is current without a rep making the call.
Do shippers get visibility into their loads?

Yes. Because every milestone lands in your TMS as it happens, shipment visibility flows to whatever portal or notification your customers already use — without a rep assembling an update.
We already use MacroPoint, project44, or Trucker Tools. Why do we need this too?

You should keep them — we're not competing for your data layer, and your contract doesn't need to change. The gap we close is what happens after the signal arrives: when a connection fails, a driver never opens the app, or a load has no digital tracking at all, something still has to reach the driver or the carrier and write the result into your TMS. Your telemetry provider tells you what might be happening. Augie confirms what is happening and produces the record your business runs on.
What stops Augie from giving a pickup number or load details to the wrong person?

Four checks run before Carrier Support answers anything sensitive: is this question type enabled in your SOP, is this carrier authorized for this detail at this point in the load's life, is the data actually in your TMS, and does anything about the request imply a discrepancy with the record. If any check fails, a rep gets it — with the reason named, not a silent miss. You set the rules for timing, required verification, and identity matching; Augie enforces them the same way at 2am as at 2pm.
Does this require ripping out or replacing our TMS?

No — everything in this bundle runs inside the TMS you already use. What it needs varies by workflow: FTL and Carrier Support need read access to load, stop, and carrier-contact data plus the ability to write structured updates back in the sequence your TMS requires; LTL needs a destination that can accept a postback or a daily file; and Digital Tracking & Exception Detection needs your provider's status data mapped into a defined set of codes. None of these are validated for every TMS on the market — we'll confirm fit for yours during discovery rather than assume it.
We run both FTL and LTL freight. Does one system cover both?

es, with two different mechanisms underneath, because the freight itself works differently. FTL tracking reads your telematics and reaches drivers directly. LTL has no driver to call, so Augie checks the carrier's own portal and goes after the carrier's reference number when it's missing. Both write into the same system of record, and both run on the SOP you define — but they're priced and scoped as what they are, not blended into one number, so you always know what you're running on each mode.
