Augie's new Self-Learning Agent for load building is a new capability live in portal chat or email today. When a load needs to be built differently — like a change in equipment type, weight, reference number — you can now tell Augie what should change, in the portal's load chat, global chat or by email, just like you would tell an employee. Augie finds the shipper, reads its current rules, and proposes an exact before/after rule change. You review the difference and accept or deny. When accepted, the change applies to every future tender from that shipper automatically.
Different than Augie’s current Clarifying Questions Trainer Tool, which fixes one load in flight by asking to confirm ambiguous information on a specific tender, the Self-Learning Agent changes the rules at the customer level, so every future load from that shipper builds correctly without being asked.
Why It Matters:
Instead of making changes on each load for a customer, or making a sweeping change to an SOP, one piece of feedback changes how every future tender is built for a specific shipper.
Rule changes that used to require a multi-step process are now self-serve, in the channels your team already communicates with Augie.
Nothing changes without review — Augie proposes, your team sees the exact before/after, and only an accepted change is applied.
Every accepted correction makes Augie smarter, improving with every load it builds.
How It Works:
Give feedback from any load in load chat, or point Augie at a load from global chat or email — it finds the shipper and reads the current rules.
Describe the change in plain language: "equipment should always be reefer," "weight should always be a standard 25,000 pounds."
Augie proposes an exact rule change and shows a before/after difference.
On accept, the rule applies to all future tenders for that shipper — covering both what's pulled off the tender (extraction) and how load fields are set (build rules).
Availability:
Available to Augie load building customers in the Augment portal (load chat and global chat) and via email.
