Augie now remembers your conversation preferences.

Augie now has a persistent memory layer for chat preferences. When a user tells Augie how they want responses formatted or what information to include, Augie stores that preference and applies it automatically in all future conversations — across the Portal, Slack, Teams, and any load chat.

Why It Matters

  • Eliminate repetitive instructions — set a preference once and it sticks everywhere.

  • Keeps consistency across interfaces; Portal, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and load chats all reflect the same preferences.

  • Fully personalized and private. Each user's preferences are scoped and don't affect anyone else's experience.

How It Works

  • In any conversation, tell Augie what you want: "Always include the load type" or "Always respond in bullet points."

  • Augie stores the preference and applies it automatically in all future conversations.

  • To update a preference, simply say so: "Actually, don't include the load type anymore" — and Augie updates accordingly.

  • To review stored preferences, ask: "What preferences do you have for me?"

Availability

  • Available now across the portal, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and all load chats.

Augie now splits multi-document PDFs automatically

Document Splitting is live: when a carrier sends a POD, rate confirmation, and invoice bundled in one PDF, Augie splits it into typed individual documents before uploading to your TMS or forwarding — so uploads stay clean and rate cons never reach your customer.
