Appointment scheduling is one of the most time-consuming parts of load execution. Augie now takes a scheduling-ready load, fetches live-time facility capacity, finds the optimal pickup and delivery slots in E2Open, books them, and syncs confirmation back to your TMS — all at the touch of a button.

Why It Matters

  • Give your reps hours back each week by eliminating manual portal work.

  • Move loads faster and reduce coverage risk with quicker appointment confirmation.

  • Cut errors from manual re-entry, time zone inaccuracies, and missed confirmations.

How It Works

  • Detects eligible loads and pulls required shipper, stop, and reference details from the TMS.

  • Retrieves available appointment slots in E2Open for pickup and delivery.

  • Evaluates valid slot combinations against constraints like lead time, operating hours, and scheduling buffers.

  • Books the selected appointments directly in E2Open.

  • Writes appointment times and confirmation codes back to your TMS.
