Augie can now represent multiple teammates — each with their own name, voice, and avatar — and rotate them across the workflows you enable.

Why It Matters

  • Improve pickup rates and call outcomes with more natural, less repetitive conversations.

  • Keep outbound communication on-brand with names and voices that match your team.

  • Manage it all yourself — no engineering or CS lift required.

How It Works

  • Set up teammates in the portal under Settings → Teammates.

  • Assign each teammate a unique name, voice, and avatar, then enable them by workflow.

  • When a call is initiated, Augie auto-selects an enabled teammate for that workflow.

Availability

  • Live now in the portal.

  • Next up: expanding teammate support across more channels and all workflows.
