How It Works
Documents (Unstructured Knowledge)
Brokerages upload their operational documents, SOPs, and communications to Knowledge Hub.
Augie surfaces relevant answers from those documents when reps ask questions.
Analytics (Structured Knowledge)
Augie queries brokerage shipment data (based on workflow data) conversationally.
