How It Works
Write simple rules in your SOP—for example:
“Do not call the same phone number twice for the same load.”
“Never email a POD to an unverified address.”
Once saved, Augie automatically interprets these guardrails and enforces them before every tool call. If a rule blocks an action, Augie shows a clear message explaining what happened and logs the event for review.
This update also includes clearer error messages, better logging for guardrail outcomes, and a refreshed SOP editor for previewing rule behavior.
