Augie now has a persistent memory layer for chat preferences. When a user tells Augie how they want responses formatted or what information to include, Augie stores that preference and applies it automatically in all future conversations — across the Portal, Slack, Teams, and any load chat.
Why It Matters
Eliminate repetitive instructions — set a preference once and it sticks everywhere.
Keeps consistency across interfaces; Portal, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and load chats all reflect the same preferences.
Fully personalized and private. Each user's preferences are scoped and don't affect anyone else's experience.
How It Works
In any conversation, tell Augie what you want: "Always include the load type" or "Always respond in bullet points."
Augie stores the preference and applies it automatically in all future conversations.
To update a preference, simply say so: "Actually, don't include the load type anymore" — and Augie updates accordingly.
To review stored preferences, ask: "What preferences do you have for me?"
Availability
Available now across the portal, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and all load chats.
